The cooking session presents a three-course meal of authentic Balinese cuisine: appetizer, main course, and dessert. Every participant gets involved in everything from preparation and cooking to savoring the food of their own cooking. Chef Lanang has been well-experienced in his specialty local food for decades and is passionate about sharing his expertise with foodies seeking authentic local foods.
