We make two kinds of dishes: Yakisoba, and Gyoza. I will give you my original recipe so you can make it at home even after you return to your home country.
Yakisoba is popular with both adults and children. You can choose from two flavor types (salt or sauce) Pork or vegetarian. They are stir-fried noodles with pork or seafood, vegetables, and a sweet and salty sauce.
For vegetarians, the choice is limited to using vegetables exclusively. Yakisoba is adorned with authentic Japanese toppings like red pickled ginger, green nori, and bonito flakes. Red pickled ginger is ginger that undergoes pickling in plum vinegar, imparting a distinctive sour taste. Green nori is finely powdered aromatic seaweed, renowned for its abundance of vitamins and other nutrients. Bonito flakes, a Japanese seasoning, contribute a robust and flavorful essence to the dish.
Gyoza is also popular as home cooking(Pork or vegetarian). In Japan, it consists of minced meat and finely chopped vegetables wrapped in thin flour dough.
