Luroufan, braised pork rice is undoubtedly one of Taiwan’s most historically significant and iconic traditional dishes. Likewise, garlic-flavored meat thick soup is an immensely popular Taiwanese snack, especially when paired with braised pork rice – they are truly the perfect companions.

Come to Dadaocheng, the oldest and most prosperous area in Taipei, Alex will share with you lots of local stories.
