The experience kicks off with a welcome glass of Prosecco before diving into the hands-on cooking class. While pasta-making is a creative and enjoyable process, we'll also cover the technical aspects of the craft. The best part? Our recipes are so user-friendly that you'll confidently replicate the magic of homemade pasta in your kitchen, dazzling friends and family with your newfound expertise.
To complement your pasta, we'll teach you the secrets of preparing the perfect carbonara or cacio e pepe from scratch.
The duration of the lesson is 3 hours.
IMPORTANT: Please note that due to the menu we prepare during the class, we are unable to accommodate participants who have coeliac disease, gluten intolerance, and/or follow a vegan diet. We also cannot accommodate lactose intolerance as we use dairy products.
