This experience starts with a quick walking tour of nearby traditional Taiwanese markets, where you will hear local stories and gossip. As you stroll through the old town streets of Dadaocheng, you’ll soak in the history of the area while you learn about the culture of the Dadaocheng’s Men’s Club(Jiu Jia) in Taiwan.

You’ll also spend time learning about local ingredients used in traditional Taiwanese cuisine, especially the ingredients featured in our cooking class. 

Once you’re back at the cooking class, you’ll discover the world of Taiwanese cuisine. You’ll learn how to make a must-have dish for Taiwanese family gatherings: Squid, Conch, and Garlic Soup. Also, experience the essence of common street food while making Taiwanese fried rice noodles.

10 minutes before the class, please wait at the central entrance of 十連棟 Ten-Connecting- Buildings, this is a historical building near Taipei Bridge in the northern part of Dadaocheng. We will escort you to the residential area of BeMyGuest Taipei Private Restaurant is located.
