Continue your journey back to the humble villa for preparing the dishes and learning to cook the traditional Balinese dishes in Balinese ambiance.
* Balinese Long Bean Kalasan Sauce (shredded chicken, long bean, bean sprout, red bean kalasan sauce)
* Gerang Asem Ayam (boiled chicken wing with bumbu Bali, slice Siamese pumpkin)
* Fish Satay (minched fish fillet, mix with bumbu Bali, grated coconut and palm sugar)
* Pisang Rai (boiled wrapped banana with Balinese dough served with coconut and palm sugar)
The local market is only open in the morning, therefore, both class has morning market trip.
