First, we will visit the very typical fresh market in piazza Campo de’ Fiori with Violante. It is Rome's most spectacular food market that has existed since 1869. You can find little shops of food of any kind, but especially fresh fruits and vegetables. It’s a magical experience through colors, sounds, and flavors that will inebriate your senses. In the evening, after sellers have packed up their stands, Campo de’ Fiori becomes a nightlife hub: many restaurants, wine bars, and pubs crowd around the piazza, making it an ideal meeting point for locals and tourists.

Once we are back at my house, you will have a wonderful journey through exquisite Italian food, cooking together an exceptional Italian menu. Violante’s recipes range from the top north of Italy to the bottom south, touching all the different Italian regions. She indulges with fresh and authentic ingredients and will show you how to make the most of all of them. Finally, we will sit down and enjoy the incredible meal we created.
