Hanoi is the birthplace of many delicious Vietnamese dishes, including the de-facto national dish, Pho. Join us on this unique and fulfilling journey as we navigate Hanoi’s street food-filled alleyways by motorbike. Make sure you come with an empty stomach, as we aim to please!

Your guide will tell you all you need to know about the food you get to enjoy this culinary adventure, from their history and significance, to the ingredients and preparation. Don’t expect anything fancy! The places we have in mind are extremely local--you will be rubbing shoulders with other local diners while watching the chaotic traffic of scooters.

Beyond enjoying the deliciously authentic Hanoian food, expect some sightseeing as you drive around lakes to catch sunsets, cross bridges, and snake through the beautiful Hanoi Old Quarter with lots of colonial buildings and other sights to see. The night is capped with a final egg beer, after which we’ll drop you home for a good night sleep.

The local food we will try are:

• Hanoi craft beer, "Bia Hoi Ha Noi"
• Sweet spring rolls, "Bo Bia Ngot"
• Rolling noodles, "Pho Cuon"
• Drink with Egg choose one amongst:
  • Egg coffee
  • Egg rum
  • Egg beer.
• Seafood: Claim and Snail
• Yogurt for dessert

Cost of meals and drinks are included, Vegan and vegetarian options are also available

Programme

• 5:00 pm: Your guide pick you up from your hotel
• 5:20 pm: Arrive at the Bia Hoi Ha Noi (Craft Beer) stop
• 6:00 pm: Arrive at the West Lake, have Bò Bía Ngọt (Sweet Spring Rolls)
• 6:20 pm: Try Cuốn Ngũ Xã (Rolling Noodles)
• 7:15 pm: Have the Egg Coffee, Egg Rum or Egg Beer
• 7:40 pm: Get to see Hanoi on the Red River bypassing bridges
• 8:00 pm: Arrive at Claim, Snail stop
• 8:45 pm: Arrived at St. Joseph's Cathedral. Enjoy yogurt
• 9:00 pm: Back to your accommodation
