I am Dinh Duc Manh. I have been working as a bartender for 6 years. In 2014, I had the pleasure to be the Champion of Teisseire Flavour Master Competition. Now, I am the Bar Manager of an old quarter sky bar: The Chi Rooftop. 

With my knowledge and passion about drinks, I will help you to make an egg coffee cup which is imbued with Vietnamese identity. Being a coffee lover, I would like to share my love with coffee and drinks to Hanoi travelers!

As a result you will be able to know and distinguish Italian & Vietnamese coffee. You will be shown the origin of egg’s coffee and its formative process, how to make and highlight special flavor of egg coffee.

• 11:10 am: Introduction to Vietnamese egg coffee and its origin
• 11:15 am: Making Egg coffee
• 11:45 am: Enjoy your egg coffee cup and ceramic coffee filter as a gift
• 12:00 pm: End of the class

Afternoon Class:

• 3:00 pm: Arrive at The Chi Rooftop Bar
• 3:05 pm: Welcome tea is served (Vietnamese Pandan Tea)

• 3:15 pm: Making Egg coffee
