Vietnamese food is known by Pho and Spring roll. But Pho is an outdoor breakfast and Spring roll is for weekends and special occasion only. A Vietnamese home meal usually come with 3-4 dishes. One savory dish: beef, fish, chicken, pork, shrimp; One soup; One vegetable or beans: stir-fried or boil and Steam rice.

Book the private class for 1 - 2 participants for $113 USD and cook like a local!

• Vietnamese pancake (bánh xèo)
• Vietnamese Fresh Spring Roll (Gỏi cuốn)
• Chicken/ Beef Pho
• Desert fried banana with tapioca pudding and ice-cream

• Learn to cook three dishes and one dessert.
• Enjoy a brief visit to our rooftop garden, filled with various herbs.
