Palace Style: Palace-style pastry is a variety of steamed or baked cakes and bread from the Qing Imperial kitchen. Come and learn from CCC's chef and bake your peaches like bread, chicken-looking cakes, or little pyramids.
Peach Style with Dim Sum: Shoutao (peach-style longevity bread) and other colorful pastries of various shapes are usually made during the Chinese New Year or for the elderly's birthday.
You will also learn to make Shaomai, another variation of steamed baozi, with fillings and a floral top.
The class will open for at least 8 people and is great for team building, if you still want to attend the class with less than 8, please contact us for more information.
