An innate cook, Marietta decided it was time to share the secrets of her family. The goal is to show and teach guests the way in which local women cook in their everyday life: the authentic choice of ingredients, the tools and the atmosphere. Marietta will be pleased to welcome you in her cozy and authentic home where you will feel like a dinner with friends. You will not find a "chef" but the warm pleasure of a meal prepared with mamma! 

Are you looking for an authentic Italian lifestyle? Are you ready for a complete journey into the world of pasta? 

We will make 3 types of dough (flour, semolina, eggs), 16 shapes of pasta (orecchiette, fusilli, cavatelli, gnocchetti sardi, gnocchi, strozzapreti, scialatielli, trofie, spaghetti alla chitarra, lasagna, ravioli, fettuccine, garganelli, maccaroni, maltagliati, quadrucci) and we will eat 3 types of handmade pasta: ravioli stuffed with ricotta, gnocchi alla sorrentina and spaghetti with 'garum' sauce of the ancient Romans.

Menu

• Bruschette: roasted bread, garlic, oregano picked from the garden, extra virgin olive oil
• Caprese salad: mozzarella of Monti Lattari, tomatoes, basil, extra virgin olive oil
• Ravioli stuffed with ricotta cheese with butter sauce and sage and parmesan
• Gnocchi alla sorrentina with tomato sauce, mozzarella, basil, parmesan, evo
• Surprise dessert
• Welcome Prosecco, 
• Caffe, cappuccino

Programme

• 2:30 pm: Meeting at the Trecase  station
• 3:00 pm: Aperitivo with bruschetta, caprese salad and prosecco
• 3:15 pm: Beginning of the pasta class
• 4:45 pm: Plating in the kitchen and getting ready for dinner 
• 6:00 pm: Return at station
