An authentic Farmer's to Table Cooking Class !
The food market we visit is the favorite one of the families of Puerto Vallarta; we will also visit a Tortilla factory and you will see how the corn is processed tomato amazing Tacos.
During the visit to the market the Chef will explain about the ingredients, about the foods you see and about the life of the people.
All the dishes are cooked from scratch during the class, which will take place in the house of your Master Chef, we have no pre-cooked meals, which allows us to have a very flexible menu.
We pay special attention to hygiene and we observe high cleanliness standards. We purify all vegetables, water and ice. Vegetarians, Vegans, Gluten and Dairy Free are more than welcome.
We offer a different menu for everyday of the week:
MONDAY: Mexican swine recipes for Tacos
TUESDAY and FRIDAY: Tamales, Mole Poblano and Chocolate (from bean to bar)
WEDNESDAY: Sea Food day
THURSDAY: Chiles Rellenos
DAILY: You will learn to make two or three different salsas and house made tortillas as well as different side dishes.
Everyday the menu will be of 3 or 4 courses depending of the complexity of the recipes.
Monday to Friday at 10:00am (meet at Starbucks coffee inside of Galerias Vallarta-Liverpool shopping mall)
10:20 shopping for produces at the market
11:30 Arrive to Chef's home for cooking session.
11:45 to 2:45pm Cooking and tasting
3pm End of cooking class and transfer back to meeting point.
