Enjoy the fantastic experience of learning our Chefs' secrets on Italian cooking in an intimate and friendly atmosphere with this small-group cooking class in the Tuscan countryside!

First, you take a little walk in the city center and visit Florence Farmers' Market and discover all its beautiful colors and authenticity, getting to know the butchers, bakers, and farmers which Florentines buy their ingredients from. You will have different tastings of typical products and buy some of the fresh ingredients you will need for the cooking class.

In the comfort of our minivan, you will then reach our fascinating cooking location, immersed in the green of the Tuscan countryside, outside of the busy and bustling city center, where you will have the opportunity to express your culinary art under the attentive guidance of the Chef.

The menu may slightly vary depending on the season and the fresh ingredients available, but among various other things to it will usually include also two different types of home-made pasta from scratch (i.e. pappardelle and ravioli) and a dessert.

The class will end with a delicious lunch that will prove your improved skills in the kitchen, accompanied by tastings of different wines and a final typical Tuscan dessert wine.

Whether you are a beginner or an expert with the apron, this small-group cooking class will ensure a personalized experience from the Chef while letting you enjoy a friendly company, and will let you learn recipes and secrets that you can bring home with you to surprise your friends with a true Italian meal! And all of this in the enchanting Chianti countryside, home of the world-famous Chianti wine.

And, last but not least, get your Graduation Certificate!

A booklet that includes the recipes you cooked, will be our present to let you cook a fantastic Italian dinner for your friends once you get back home.

Please note that when the Market is closed (on Sundays and bank holidays) a special guided visit to a beautiful olive oil mill in an ancient noble estate, with olive oil tasting, will substitute instead.

Programme

• 8:45 am: Meeting point
• 9:00 am: Departure (walk to the Market)
• 9:15 am: Guided visit of the Farmers' Market
• 10:30 am: Transfer to the cooking studio in the Tuscan countryside
• 11:00 am: Start the actual cooking class
• 12:00 pm: Tastings
• 14:30 pm: Lunch
• 3:30 pm: Cooking Graduation Certificate
• 4:00 pm: Transfer back to Florence
• 4:30 pm: Back in Florence
