Even before a cooking class, it is the beautiful meeting between Patrizia and her husband Marco. We had a wonderful culinary experience in the warm atmosphere of their kitchen. We were able to discover delicious local recipes and taste them all together around a table in a beautiful moment of conviviality. It was a gastronomic, philosophical and friendly experience. The cooking workshop with Patti was highly recommended. Patti is not only a great teacher, but also a sweet and warm woman. She takes you on a culinary journey through Ligurian cuisine, with authentic dishes that you learn to make step by step (including a recipe book so you can recreate them at home). What made it even more enjoyable was that Patti speaks perfect English and German, so communication was a breeze. Also great for tourists who may be less familiar with the Italian language. At the end of the workshop we cooked delicious food, laughed, drank wine and tasted our creations. A truly beautiful experience for those who love good food and want to taste a piece of authentic Italy.

I have always been passionate about cooking, particularly Italian regional cuisine. Among the various regional cuisines in Italy, Ligurian cuisine has always held a special place in my heart. I couldn’t choose any other place, other than Liguria, to pass on everything I have learned over the years to all those who are interested in the cuisine that has been with me since I was a child.
My home is located in the heart of Imperia Porto Maurizio, just a 10-minute walk from Parasio and the Duomo of Porto Maurizio, places rich in history and charm. I designed my space as a modern open space, created to offer comfort and functionality. The central island allows each guest to cook in total comfort. Every guest has their own individual workstation, creating an ideal environment to learn and cook independently, but with my expert guidance.
My kitchen is equipped with all the professional tools necessary to prepare typical dishes of Ligurian tradition, such as the famous mortar-made pesto, focaccia, and other local specialties. Each lesson is designed to be practical and engaging, with fresh and high-quality ingredients, often sourced directly from the region.
My goal is to give you a complete experience, where you will not only learn to cook but also immerse yourself in Ligurian culture in a welcoming and modern environment.
