This is an excellent introduction to Vietnamese food and cooking by a great host. We visited the markets where he explained the various meats and vegetables he was buying. Back at their school the set up is great - plenty of space and the equipment is all good. Tuan carefully explained and demoed the various meals we cooked and then we had a turn under his watchful eye. The result was a wonderful meal. Definitely a good tour to go on to get to know more about Vietnam and widen your cooking skills.

I really enjoyed the day. I learnt a lot from chef when we were at the market and the boat ride was fun. I will try the recipes again when I am home, hope they turn out as well!
