Discover the intricate flavours and culinary traditions of Balinese cuisine during this hands-on cooking class. Learn to prepare 3 different dishes, and then savour your meal in a serene setting with your chef.

"Balinese Cooking Class by The Amala"

We had a great experience under Chef Kadek and his assistant Ari learning the rich Balinese cuisine. It was definitely a class to remember. My husband and I loved the green papaya soup, sate lilit ayam and the banana fritters. It was tasty and aromatic. And, we got to take home our apron as souvenirs!

Would recommend as something everyone would enjoy, even if you have allergies (of which I have many), they adjusted the recipes to suit.
