There are many different types of ramen on the market. Most of them are made of pork, beef, chicken, or seafood. In this activity, we are going to do something a little different. All of the ingredients for making Ramen are vegetables. Without using any sort of chemical seasoning or animal ingredients, we can still achieve a rich and creamy taste. Furthermore, we will also make our noodles from scratch. You will learn to make healthy noodles in a very short amount of time using very little physical strength.
