"PALATE PARADISE"
A small culinary paradise in the middle of an enchanting place. Chefs Ana and Orlando are true professionals of the trade who transmit their passion and art to the skin but above all in the dishes. Everything is really good, quality raw materials. From pasta to risotto to second courses, everything is truly special. You absolutely have to try Ana's desserts (the best zuppa inglese!). I highly recommend it if you want to eat good quality food and still feel pampered and at "family"! We will be back soon

We spent a few days in Colognole. In this location there is the restaurant Il Borgo that we feel in all conscience to praise because the two chefs, wife Mrs. Ana and husband Mr. Orlando Giordan delighted us with their high school cuisine, of a certain international class! Among the dishes that we appreciated the most we point out: grilled picanha and other types of meat (all excellent), homemade pasta, phenomenal zuppa inglese, very delicate tiramisu. Finally we underline that the location is enchanting. Highly recommended
