In this hands-on class, you'll learn to craft authentic Jiro-style ramen, starting with making thick noodles from scratch, preparing a rich, garlic-infused broth, and cooking tender chashu pork. You'll be equipped to recreate this beloved Japanese dish at home by the end.

As part of the experience, we also offer a guided tour of Akihabara, where our tour assistant will introduce you to essential Japanese seasonings and ingredients, helping to elevate your ramen-making skills.

Our guides will be waiting for you in front of the Yostar Official Shop (near Akihabara Station, outside the central ticket gate), holding a sign. If you are more than 10 minutes late, please proceed directly to our kitchen studio. Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued for late arrivals.
