Your expert guide will lead you through the smell and tastes of local Roman food while walking through the streets of two traditionally working-class districts of Rome. Stroll down the charming cobblestone-paved streets to Campo dei Fiori, a delightful square that hosts a traditional open-air market on weekday mornings where you can check out the daily fresh produce and chat with the vendors.

FOLLOW YOUR NOSE THROUGH THE CITY STREETS
Get a sniff of the city’s appetizing scents and sample delicious morsels of local specialties as you’re led through the ancient bakeries and delicatessens. Browse the shops and lose yourself in aroma and flavor! Savour Rome’s signature snacks such as pizza bianca romana (white pizza), "trapezing" a peculiar triangle of pizza, filled with the ingredients of the typical Romanesque dishes, or a delicious homemade pasta supplì (fried rice croquettes).
