Kaoru-san class was so well taught and really entertaining. The location wasn’t hard to find and the kitchen super clean. It was super delicious ! Thank you again
The WaBon Wagashi School provides a distinctive chance to explore Japanese sweets in English. Conducted in my kitchen and dining area, the classes accommodate a maximum of 4 participants.
Kaoru, a certified instructor from the Wagashi Promotion Association Japan, teaches traditional Japanese confectionery, known as Wagashi, to international students in English. My goal is for guests to experience Mochi or Nerikiri making in a casual and relaxed setting.
