Matteo assisted by his beautiful mother were amazing! Firstly the property is beautiful, in a world full of historical buildings Antica Corte takes that leap forward into the modern world. A place truly set for an intimate wedding or a perfect family getaway! The class itself was perfect, we learnt a lot from Matteo and loved hearing the stories from his childhood making these dishes. Better yet, we got to taste his Nonna’s 6 hour Ragu, paired perfectly with our attempt at a Tagiatelle. Pici was also amazing, the traditional dish of the area. I had eaten this the day before in Montepulciano because I could wait until the class. I must say the knowledge of the dish that Matteo had really brought the dish to life!! 11/10 would recommend to anybody in the area! I’ll be back next time for sure!
Maria and Alastair are simply beautiful people. The most amazing hosts one could imagine. Their home is from a dream. Maria is patient, knowledgeable, and warm. My wife, two children, and I joined them at their home and we cooked, sipped wine, heard stories, walked the property, and just soaked in the beauty of it all. We made tiramisu, pasta, bruschetta, and several other dishes. All were amazing. Love those two. You will too.
So pleasurable, simonetta was a wonderful instructor and shared her secrets of pici and sauce making, then we ate what we made, so good! The agritourismo we went to was so beautiful, built in 1700, a little piece of Tuscan paradise.

Our cooking class was absolutely amazing! The day and time we picked just so happened to be just me and my husband, so we had a lovely intimate class. The class was at a small local farm in Montepulciano. The owner showed us all around the farm and the home, he was so clearly excited and proud of his home. We made a dessert, bruschetta, and pasta. He spoke very good english and was so fun to chat with! We learned so much and would absolutely recommend this class to anyone visiting Tuscany!

Despite not speaking much English the ladies made it really easy for us and were very patient and fun. They went the extra mile to cook us a delicious extra course that we’d mentioned we loved, and served us a lovely dessert wine with the cantucci we made. Easy, fun and charming - one of our highlights of Tuscany!
My family and I enjoyed every minute of our cooking experience in Montepulciano. The family, the farmhouse, and the food. Our hosts were so kind and helpful. We loved making the pizza crust and also using remaining bits for an appetizer and desert! It was also very nice to see a glimpse into their daily life! Highly recommend!

This was like no other experience we have had. Rather than feeling like a booked tour, we were invited into this lovely family’s home and thought by a genuine Italian chef. The food we prepared was fresh and delicious! We were then given the opportunity to enjoy it all on their patio with great wine and a sunset. We couldn’t have asked for a better time or instructor!
