About

Come to Hidden Hanoi to enjoy more than just a Vietnamese cooking class. Our explanations about Vietnamese dining culture and guided market tour will give you great knowledge about the place food takes in Vietnam's culture.

The cooking class is completely hands-on and will last for 2 hours. At the end of the class you will be able to enjoy the deliciousness of what you have prepared.

9:50 am: Meet at Hidden Hanoi, don't be late the group leaves at 10 sharp
10:00 am: Market tour
11:15 am: Welcome drinks & introduction to Vietnamese dining culture
11:30 am: Cooking class
1:30 pm: Lunch & dessert

We loved every aspect of our market crawl and cooking experience. Hands on with the freshest of ingredients. Our instructor was kind, instructive and fun. Could not have been better!

We really loved the class! Our chef Van was the best! She took us to the local market and told us so many interesting things about the fruits/vegetables/herbs/... that Vietnamese use when cooking, about their way of life ... we've learned so much! Now we understand their culture more. She also knows so much about preparing food! We've made some really tasty dishes (also vegetarian options for me!), she gave us great directions and let us do all the cooking. Because that's the best way to learn!The entire team was so kind and amazing! We've been in Vietnam for 4 weeks ... and this was the perfect ending to our trip.
