At Felicity Yau Cooking Class it's all about love and Pork Bun ! Felicity is a warm chef with brilliant ideas who present a real authentic HK food experience.

The class starts with a wet market tour to get the fresh ingredients for your dumpling, then head to Felicity's apartment for cooking session. With all fresh local ingredient and her family secret recipe, you will learn how to make yummy and healthy dishes. The class includes two cooking method of yummy Pork Bun. 

The class can accommodate your request such as vegetarian. Please leave your request on the comment session when booking.

Due to covid 19, we stop accept booking from people who have recently travelled. All guests are required to take a RAT test prior the class and wear masks during the class. All food will be packed away. Pls bring along your food box. Thank you! 

Schedule

Evening Class:

• 3:00 pm: Meet at inside MTR Shau Kei Wan station, Customer service center
• 3:10 pm: Market tour and buy the ingredients for bun filling
• 4:30 pm: Finish all the cooking and enjoy the meal
• 5:00 pm: End of the class
