Christmas is by far the most important celebration in Poland, with many dishes only eaten on that day every year.
During this experience, you will learn how to make Polish dumplings with sauerkraut for our Christmas dinner together.
We'll also enjoy other popular Christmas dishes, including marinated herrings, beetroot soup with mushroom-stuffed dumplings, and a festive poppy seed dessert. These dishes need to be prepared in advance, which is why we will only be tasting the dishes (and not cooking them from scratch).
In addition to the meal, we will introduce you to the famous Polish Christmas table traditions, such as breaking wafers and setting an extra plate on the table. Make sure you come hungry!
