Menu

You can choose from Thai menu with 5 dishes selection or a Northern Thai menu with 3 dishes selection:

For the Thai menu 5 dishes selections.

You can pick one dish from each of the categories:

Starter:

• Yum Woon Sen ( Glass noodle salad with minced pork or chicken)
• Larb (Sour and Spicy salad with minced pork or chicken & herbs)
• Som Tam (Papaya Salad)
• Por Pia ( Deep fried spring roll)

Soup:

• Tom Yum Kung ( Hot and sour soup with prawn and thai herbs)
• Tom Kha Kai ( Chicken in coconut milk with thai herbs)
• Tom Jood (Clear soup with minced pork or chicken)
• Tom Yum Pak Ruam ( Mixed vegetables in hot and sour soup with Thai herbs)

Stir Fry:

• Kai Pad Med Mamaung ( Chicken with Cashew nuts)
• Pad Kaphao ( Minced chicken with pork and basil)
• Choo-Chee (Stir fried roasted seafood/fish/with red curry creamy thick sauce) - available for vegetarian vegan version 
• Pad Thai ( Stir Fried noodles)

Curry paste & Curry:

• Kaeng Ped (Red curry paste & Red curry with chicken)
• Kaeng Kieaw Wan ( Green curry paste & Green curry chicken)
• Kaeng Massaman ( Massaman yellow curry paste & Massamun yellow curry with chicken)
• Kaeng Som ( Sour curry paste & Curry with mixed vegetables)

Dessert:

• Khao Niew Mamaung ( Mango with sticky rice)
• Gluay Buad Chee ( Banana in coconut milk)
• Khanom Tom (Thai coconut balls)
• Sang Ka Ya Fakthong ( Thai custard with pumpkin)

• Jor pak gard (จอผักกาด) Pak choy soup
• Geang hua bplee (แกงหัวปลี) Banana blossom soup
• Yum jin gai (ยำจิ้นไก่) Spicy turmeric chicken with various herbs-spice soup

Roasted/Dip:

• Nam prik noom (น้ำพริกหนุ่ม) Roasted chilli-garlic-shallot dips served with fresh or cooked vegetables
• Tum kha noon (ตำขนุน) Roasted jackfruit with chilli paste
• Nam prik ong (น้ำพริกอ่อง) Spicy tomato dip with fresh vegetables
• “Ab” bplaa,moo,gai,goong (แอ๊บ) Grilled tossed/kneaded fish, pork, chicken or freshwater shrimp in banana leaves
• Sai aur (ไส้อั่ว) North Thai Sausages
• Nor aur (หน่ออั่ว) Deep fried Stuffed bamboo shoots
• Prik aur (พริกอั่ว) Deep fried Stuffed peppers
• Bplaa aur (ปลาอั่ว) Grilled stuffed fish

Curry/Main dish:

• Khao soi (ข้าวซอย) Noodles curry broth- coconut milk based
• Gai nuang (ไก่นึ่ง) Steamed turmeric chicken in the north Thai style
• Hung lay curry (แกงฮังเล) Braised chunky pork or chicken in curry paste and masala powder
• Khanom Jin nam ngiew (ขนมจีนน้ำเงี้ยว) Rice vermicelli with light curry broth (pork/chicken) in north Thai style
• Laab muang (ลาบเมือง) Minced pork, chicken or beef with fresh blood in/with various herbs-spice
