Learn how to stuff and delicately wrap the dumpling skins. Using a bamboo steamer basket you will learn the art of steaming soup dumplings.

Throughout our dumpling class, you will learn how to knead and roll the dough, create fillings, and concoct natural dyes from fresh vegetables for colorful wraps .
Hand-Pulled Noodles
The process of making hand pulled noodles looks complicated but we break down the steps and show you how to perfect your noodles. Alongside the noodles, we will show you how to prepare a sweet and seasonal Xinjiang sauce.
Dim Sum
Using techniques such as baking, steaming, braising, stir and deep frying, you will learn how to concoct elegant dim sum bites. Students will also learn how to stuff and fold dumplings and spring rolls.
