Everyone loves ramen and gyoza!
In this vegetarian cooking class, you'll learn how to make traditional ramen and gyoza in a hearty and satisfying meal — all without meat.
Under the instruction of a local chef, you'll learn how to make a mouth-watering vegetarian soup stock for your ramen (most soup stock available in Japanese restaurants is meat-based).
You'll also get step-by-step instructions on how to make the perfect gyoza, including easy steaming and grilling techniques to make it crispy on the outside.
After all the cooking is complete, we'll enjoy our meal together and end the session with some delicious Japanese desserts.
