日本語、小龍包 Cooking Class in Japanese with Taiwan Cooking 101: Soup Dumpling (Xiao Long Bao)

Three thumbs up! This was an amazing class. Jeff who was the instructor was amazing! He was able to explain the history of the food and the cooking process in ways that everyone was able to understand. He is very professional and smart in terms of what he do. We learned hands on process in cooking Taiwanese beef noodles and more! His kitchen was delightful. It was very clean and organized. I definitely saw the depth of culture in Taiwan with this experience. Jeff was detailed and very accommodating. You won't get intimidated even if you are not a professional cook. We had a great time sharing each other's ideas and cooking!

日本語クラスは通訳さん付きで教えて頂けるので安心です。小籠包の皮をキレイに作ってキレイに包むのはとても難しいけれど出来上がった小籠包はとてもおいしくて大満足ですが、個人的にはもう少し薄味が好みです。
