The activities not only helping to increase communication amongst your team members, but also gather some great memories to be shared.Vegans and vegetarians are welcome! We offer many vegan and vegetarian options on our Thai menus. Full-day (07:30 am to 06:00 pm) Thai cooking class tour is conducted in English, and six tempting dishes are taught to you.Just over the bridge from Phuket, to the east of the main road, Nang Yam Thai Cooking School @ Benyaran Park & Museum is located at an area of land that lies between the sea and the road that joins Phuket to Phang Nga Town.

Nang Yam Thai Cooking School is the only cooking school and the creator has inspired from their mother and has its own museum and organic herbal farm named Benyaran. This business is run by a captivating local family which has a strong passion in the organic and sustainable farming. We offer you a great way to escape from the city for a day and you can relax while you discover and encounter a rural life in the Phuket – Phang Nga countryside. When you participate in a cooking class at the Nang Yam Thai Cooking School @ Benyaran Park & Museum, you will become part of our Benyaran family. Not only will you learn the basics of Thai home cooking but also you will absolutely find how a Thai family with many years of, experience and imagination runs an independent farm without using any chemicals.

Monday to Saturday

• 7:30 am onwards: Pickup at your hotel by our luxury minibus and ride north to the Nang Yam Thai Cooking School @ Benyaran Park & Museum (time varies). Along the way, we cross the Sarasin Bridge connecting Phuket Island with mainland Thailand. This fantastic route is a great way to explore many beautiful views of Phuket – Phang Nga countryside.
• 09:30 am: Morning visit to the local market (or 'Talad' in Thai). We stop at Khok Kloi Local Market, Phang Nga – the hustle and bustle local market provides you with the full range of visual, auditory, and olfactory sensations. You can see a picturesque scene of a lively and colorful market with local vendors actively selling fruits, foods, vegetables, local souvenirs.
• 10:30 am: We head straight to Benyaran Park & Museum. Upon arrival, enjoy a refreshing welcome drink – pure young coconut water from its fruit.
• 11:45 am: Ride on a 4WD car to Nang Yam Thai Cooking School at Benyaran Organic Farm
• 12:00 pm: Organic farm tour After 10 minutes drive, we will arrive at the farm. Our class participants love the view of the green atmosphere surrounding the area. And so, after your coffee or herbal tea break with a traditional Thai dessert (or ‘Khanom’ in Thai), you will be given a tour around our organic farm and learn how a Thai family skillful uses the natural resources surrounding them to create a sustainable farm. At the same time, we are collecting some of the vegetables for use in the cooking class later. You will be introduced to a traditional Thai spirit house or San Phra Phum where we bless our land guardians and you can make a wish for your further life.
• 1:00 pm: Hands-on, interactive cooking class. It is will take place at an open-air cooking pavilion set in the middle of our organic farm. Let you indulge in the practices. Some introductions and explanations will be given before the lesson starts. Our cooking instructor will translate the original techniques into fun, energetic and approachable cooking lesson.
• 3:00 pm: Time for your meals. Spoil your senses while eating and tasting dishes amongst your group, feast on the wonderful flavors you have proudly created at a real Thai home-cooking class that you will never forget!
• 3:30 pm: Relaxing time. In the afternoon, you will have time to relax, enjoy and recharge yourself - sit down, take a walk, lie down on the hammock, take a deep breath of fresh air and admire the beautiful landscape surrounded by trees far away from city pollution.
• 4:00 pm: Visit the old house of Khun Ronnachai Jindapol’s father which has a lot of history and exhibits. In this hidden place, you will see the old car of RAMA 9th when he took it to upcountry to look after the poor people.
• 4:30 pm: We take the 4WD car to our private stunning Viewpoint - Samed Nang Chee. The stunning panoramic views of the Phang Nga Bay with the twilight sky of late afternoon is such a beautiful ending to our one day Nang Yam Thai Cooking Class.
• 6:00 pm: Let’s end this trip with a full of laughter, fun and wonderful memories. Transfer to your hotel by our luxury minibus.
