Have fun at Siamese Cookery House and bring back an authentic Thai cuisine. Surprise your family and friends at home as an amazing souvenir from Thailand. Thailand is rich of vegetables and fruits so Siamese Cookery House has opened a Vegan and Vegetarian class to whom they want to learn authentic Thai vegan and vegetarian cuisine. 

In a small Thai style house, more than 100 years old in a warm place for all Thai food lovers to have fun and learn famous Thai vegan and vegetarian dishes. Our small class (maximum 6-8 people) are operated in an open traditional Thai style kitchen and all your dishes will be led by professional and certified Thai chefs.  

A real hand-on experience will make you feel amazed at what you can do in the kitchen. The class starts with the market tour. Then learn 4 main dishes and enjoy what you cook by yourself. Making curry paste and hand-on preparation is one of our highlights. 

Full-color cooking books will help you enjoy cooking at home and remind you of the Thai spices.

Morning Class

• 9:00 am: We will take you to the local market visits and introduce you to Thai spices, condiments, and ingredients that we will be cooking.
• 10:00 am: Travel back to our cooking schools and received some complimentary drinks and refreshments.
• 10:15 am: Start preparing ingredients with hands-on technique and explanation on each ingredients. 
• 10:45 am: Cooking session begins, Time to have some fun with our daily menus
• 11:30 am: Enjoy your customize and flavorful dishes 
• 12:30 pm: End of class

Afternoon Class     

• 1:30 pm: We will take you to the local market visits and introduce you to Thai spices, condiments, and ingredients that we will be cooking.
• 2:00 pm: Travel back to our cooking schools and received some complimentary drinks and refreshments.
• 2:15 pm: Start preparing ingredients with hands-on technique and explanation on each ingredients.
• 2:45 pm: Cooking session begins, Time to have some fun with our daily menus
• 3:30 pm: Enjoy your customize and flavorful dishes
• 5:00 pm: End of class

Evening Class         

• 6:00 pm: We will take you to the local market visits and introduce you to Thai spices, condiments, and ingredients that we will be cooking.
• 7:00 pm: Travel back to our cooking schools and received some complimentary drinks and refreshments.
• 7:15 pm: Start preparing ingredients with hands-on technique and explanation on each ingredients.
• 7:45 pm: Cooking session begins, Time to have some fun with our daily menus
