  • Daal Dishes like Daal Makhani, Chana Masala, Rajma masala, Yellow  Daal Tadka 
  • Masala Sauce dishes like, Butter paneer Masala, Egg Curry, Kofta Curry, Gatta Curry, Matar Paneer
  • Green Vegetables like Aloo Gobhi, bhindi, Baingan Bharta, Aloo Pyaaz Palak Saag
  • Pulav rice
  • Chapati and different breads like Parantha, Aloo Parantha, Puri Roti.

*We are open to discuss your preferences or your special dishes. We haven't fixed the menu so as to give the guests more choice to choose the dishes. But primarily we try to complete the main dishes.

Schedule

  • Meeting time:  10.30 am 
  • Market Tour:  We start our Market tour as soon as you arrive.  The spice shops and vegetable market tour will be approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour depending on our group size.  
  • 12 noon:  We arrive back into the kitchen and discuss our menu, check all our ingredients and we start our Cooking. 
  • 1 pm:  Lunch can be served immediately once we finish.

Payal was the perfect cooking teacher! Going to the market with her was amazing and the cooking class was really interesting and the food we made delicious!!

I thoroughly enjoyed the cooking class with Payal. We met at the spice shop where she explained the spices that are used in cooking and the relative ratios and then we went to get the veggies at the market. Back at her kitchen we prepared the meal as she explained the processes involved in cooking Indian food and how and why they work. It was very enlightening and delicious, well worth the time.

We had a wonderful time with Payal during this cooking class. Payal took us to the market and explained to us all the different spices and vegetables. She was very open on the receipes and adapted them to the vegetables we had chosen at the market. She is a great teacher and very informative ,gave us many tips to cook the "indian style" and it was fantastic!
