In Keeping with its pionneering spirit in Morocco, the cooking workshops at La Maison Arabe take cooking experience to a different level and invite food lovers to discover the secrets of traditional Moroccan cuisine.

The cooking school is located in a beautifully restored space, just a few steps away from La Maison Arabe hotel, the classes are all run by a dada.

Today, La Maison Arabe is considered one of the leading gastronomic addresses in Marrakech.

"The Best of Berber"

Other than terrific and an exceptional experience, what else can one say. The staff was professional, polished, and personable. Our Dada (the top chef) was very clear on all that we had to do, and was patient with everyone. All our dishes were exquisitely executed and completed with all the guidance that was presented. I know that all of will be able to return home and repeat all of these delicious menu ideas. I had a marvelous time!

This half day cooking workshop led by Wafa, was superb. It was very well organised from the moment we arrived right the way through to eating the meal we had cooked. The setup of the kitchen, with tv screens per 2 people, ensure you don’t miss any instruction. Very well equipped and spotlessly clean. The staff were always on hand to help and answer questions and no one felt left out or overwhelmed. This a a great experience for any age who would like to learn about Moroccan food, its heritage, spices and influences. A big thank you to Wafa, the star teacher who is very friendly and has excellent knowledge!

The cooking class takes place at a very nice location in the Medina of Marrakech. It starts with a short introduction to dishes and spices and the preparation of tea the morrocan way. During the cooking class everyone has his own station, so all the steps are executed by everyone, which I like very much. The chefs were very lovely and helpful, everything was explained very well. And the dishes came out very tasty, I liked what I have cooked 😉 Highly recommended!
