Authenticity and simplicity are the foundations of this cuisine.
The highest quality ingredients originate from our local farmers are the basis of all my classic recipes.
All my recipes are presented in a concise and easy to use way, allowing diners to reproduce them easily for their families and friends.
I can offer also the occasion to do a cooking class in San Gusmè where my aunt "Nara" is still living. She is the inspiration for all my recipes and she will attend the course with us. San Gusmè is located in one of the most famous sites of Chianti wine production and if you like I can accompany you to experience a wine tasting in Villa Arceno winery.
Menu
Antipasto
Mix of bruschette: toasted bread with tomatoes and extra virgin olive oil and kale with slices of bread
First Course: (Choose one from the following)
- 1. Tagliatelle with Chianina beef ragout (or tomato sauce)
- 2. Gnudi in butter and sage or ragout
- 3. Tuscan Ribollita soup
Second Course: (Choose one from the following)
- 1. Pork fillet with sage and prosciutto
- 2. Chicken in olives
- 3. Roasted pork loin
Dessert
Tiramisu or Chocolate cake
Please note that wine is not included to the menu but I can buy it for you according to your request.

From Monday to Saturday
- 5:00 pm: Beginning of the cooking class
- 10:00 pm: End of the class

You will receive the confirmation of your booking's availability within 24 hours. Once confirmed, please present your booking reference number at the cooking school.
Cancellation
Full refund will be issued for cancellation made at least 48 hours prior to the activity

Meeting Point
I can pick you up at your stay or at the train station in Siena. I can do the cooking class also at your stay I do cooking classes also in San Gusmè, Chianti site with the participation of my aunt Nara who is the inspiration for all my recipes
