Our open classes are designed to immerse you in the vibrant flavors and rich culinary traditions of Oaxaca and Mexico. Each class lasts approximately 4 to 5 hours, but it is the culmination of many hours of careful preparation to ensure an engaging and seamless experience.

We are located on the eastern outskirts of the city center, within walking distance from most of the central area. Everyone meets at the same location where the classes will be held. A live link will be sent upon confirmation.
