For our mixology workshop, the most important thing is imagination. We will start by making our cocktail bases, and to do this, the first thing we will do is discuss the history of mixology, its evolution, and the new trend of reinterpreting beverages in our communities.
For this workshop, we will have various organically grown products, including fruits, vegetables, herbs, aromatic plants, flowers, branches, exotic wood sticks, and even a few insects. We will begin by presenting all the local products and discussing the history of each one to understand how a cocktail is constructed and interpreted.
We will have a wide variety of glasses and bartending tools that we will also present. You will be given a bartending apron, and we will begin our experience. We will start with a basic bartender movement and how to shake the shaker.
You will receive the confirmation of your booking's availability within 24 hours. Once confirmed, please present your booking reference number at the cooking school.
Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the activity
