As you savor each sip, you'll have the opportunity to learn about the production methods and the diverse agaves that bring these elixirs to life. Each mezcal comes from local producers, mezcal cooperatives, and small family businesses in Oaxaca, reflecting the rich cultural heritage of the region.

We will guide you through the unique gastronomic heritage of Oaxaca, sharing the rich diversity of plants used to create mezcal and the history behind each sip.
