"Must do in Buenos Aires!"
This whole experience was amazing. We felt like we got at least 4 different experiences in one— asado, street tour, wine tasting and cooking lesson. Frank has thought of it all when constructing this Asado Experience. We were welcomed into his home where he gave us a background on himself and told us the plan for the day, highlighting that his daughter would be taking photos so we could be fully present and enjoy the day, and receive the photos after. We jumped right in to make the chimichurri sauce and prepare the fire for the asado. Then, we were taken on a tour of the neighborhood whilst shopping for a couple last ingredients for our asado. Frank told us about famous street art and history as we were passing through the neighborhood. He is an excellent story teller. When we got back to the house we were welcomed to the table where a sommelier and Frank led us through a wine tasting. The food started to come off the asado shortly after. This was easily the most delicious meal we had in Buenos Aires. Everything was so flavorful and fresh. This tour was abundant in all— thoughtfulness, history, food, drinks, authenticity, and making us feel at home.
"Must Try Experience in Buenos Aires!"
Asado Adventure was definitely a highlight of our trip to Argentina! Frank is such a gracious host and has curated such a beautifully informative experience. We learned so much about regional and local culinary, art, and political history as we explored the Palermo Viejo neighborhood. We also got to taste some of the best food we had on our trip during the experience. Having a hand in making some of the food made it all the more memorable. Frank was also great in giving us more recommendations on local shops and places to try so that our adventure could continue. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone traveling to Buenos Aires!
"Exceptional experience of an asado adventure"
Frank is an amazing host and very likeable chap. We were invited to his beautiful house and that is when our adventure started. We had a welcome drink and then we helped him make the chimichurri and then we went shopping around his hip neighbourhood of Palermo and bought our produce that we were going to make for our asado. It was an exceptional experience I will never forget. Thank you Frank!

Meeting Point
