Taiyaki is a traditional Japanese snack that has been enjoyed for over 100 years and is beloved by every Japanese person. Originally, during the Edo period, taiyaki was filled only with red bean paste. However, in the Meiji period, Western-style fillings like cream began to be introduced, adding variety to this classic treat.
Since 2019, we have been offering hands-on cooking classes where participants can make their own taiyaki. About 70-80% of our customers are Japanese, but we also welcome foreign tourists to experience the joy of making taiyaki—a treat cherished by the locals.
