Here, she introduces traditional dishes paired with Sicilian wines—white, red, and rosé—perfect for complementing the diverse flavors of Sicilian cuisine. For us, food is not just sustenance but a cultural journey, where tasting is akin to experiencing the rich history of Cefalù.
