I always take a cooking class, when I travel, but this was one of the best. Led by Chef Lamin, it was not just learning how to cook an Emirati food, but actually skills that would improve me as a cook altogether. And the food was fantastic...and should make clear you prepare more than a meal, it lasted me for 3 days. Great vibe in the restaurant, atmospheric and super friendly staff.
