For this private experience in Chianti, you will be welcomed to the garden of our country house nestled in the Chianti hills among olive trees, cypresses, and mulberry trees. This is your chance to experience the wonderful emotion of being part of a real Tuscan family for one day.
Together with my wife Valentina, our friend Anna, and our two dogs, we will be proud to share our cooking traditions with you. We will teach you some traditional Tuscan recipes such as homemade pasta the way our grandmothers used to make it and we will prepare it together. We will also make a Tuscan dessert with grandmother's secret recipe.
While our dessert is cooking in the oven, you can sit in our garden to enjoy the appetizers. Some antipasto boards will be served with various types of croutons and typical dishes, pappa al pomodoro, and many other delicious recipes created with natural and quality products from the family farm.
The lunch will continue with tasting the pasta we prepared together and finally your two desserts will be served with coffee made with the moka pot, an Italian favorite. All of this will be naturally accompanied by an excellent Chianti wine.
At the end of our meeting you will receive a small gift that will allow you to cook yourself what you have learned with us.
