Our experienced and talented chef will guide you step- by- step in the dough making process and once you have your little dough ball ready, it will be time to go out and discover the Sicilian delights. As your dough rises, venture into the vibrant and historic Capo Market on a guided tour.

This renowned market has a rich heritage, dating back through generations and known for its bustling atmosphere and colorful array of goods. While exploring, you'll encounter stalls brimming with fresh produce, local crafts, and an authentic ambiance that captures Palermo's essence. You'll get to try authentic Sicilian goodies while the producers themselves spill the beans on how these delicacies are made. It's a firsthand taste and behind-the-scenes experience all rolled into one! After the market tour, return to the cooking school. Here, you'll flatten your dough, add toppings, and complete your pizza masterpiece. Then, revel in a delightful lunch featuring the pizza you've crafted. As a token of your culinary journey, guests will receive a graduation certificate, attesting to their newfound pizza-making prowess. Additionally, they'll receive a digital recipe book, enabling them to replicate the recipe once back home.

3. Pizza Making Session:

   • Return to the cooking school to flatten the dough, add toppings, and complete your pizza masterpiece.

4. Lunch:

   • Revel in a delightful lunch featuring the pizza crafted during the class.

5. Graduation Certificate and Recipe Book:

   • Receive a graduation certificate as a token of your pizza-making prowess.
   • Get a digital recipe book containing the recipes covered in the class for replication at home.
