About

We would like to introduce you to some of the nearly endless variety of Thai dishes. From Tom Yam Gung to Tom Kha Kai we will happily teach you everything we know. All our ingredients are provided fresh from the market and most herbs can be picked in our own garden. To let you make the most of your stay we only work in groups of up to 6 people. Our school is situated in a beautiful and natural environment overlooking a lagoon directly next to the sea.

"Deep Thai Root" class is for cooking lovers or people who love to know about the background of the Thai kitchen. We will show you how to use coconut sugar, how to use Thai herbs, and will cook more than 5 dishes.

Second menu

• Tom Yam

• Fish any style (steamed fish with lime or plum, fried fish with ginger sauce or garlic and pepper)
• Fish Cake
• Stir Fried with Basil
• Fried Cashew nut

Third menu

• Green Curry
• Red Curry
• Panaeng Curry
• Masaman Curry
• Indian Curry
• Jungle Curry

Fourth menu

• Sticky Rice with Mango
• Banana in Coconut Milk
• Ball Flour in Coconut Milk
• Sweet Potato in Syrup with Ginger

Special menu

• Fried Rice any style
• Noodle any style (fried noodle with black soy sauce, noodle soup)
• Papaya Salad
• Larb Moo (spicy minced pork)
• any kind of curry
• Salad in Thai style

Schedule

• 9:30   am: Pick up from Hotel
• 10:00 am: Beginning of the cooking class
• 2:00   pm: End of the cooking class
