Upon arrival, our guests will embark on a tour of the premises, exploring both the architectural structure and the oil mill. Here, they will partake in an informative session detailing the production and processing methods of our olives. Following this, a delightful experience awaits, featuring a tasting of our exquisite extra virgin olive oil and a warm welcome aperitif, complemented by a glass of locally sourced wine.
Before delving into the culinary class, attendees will have the option to unwind by the pool or enjoy the serene outdoor patio and kitchen area. The cooking session, spanning approximately 2 hours, will involve crafting an appetizer, a main course featuring locally-made pasta, and a delectable dessert. Emphasizing the use of seasonal, local ingredients, each dish will be thoughtfully paired with a Salento wine. As the class concludes, participants will savor the fruits of their labor in a convivial atmosphere within the outdoor courtyard of the restaurant.

10:00 AM: Gather at the farmhouse (Tenuta Linazza) for the commencement of our farmhouse and oil mill tour.
10:30 AM: Welcome aperitif, with the option for a refreshing bath if desired.
11:30 AM: Embark on the first appetizer class.
12:15 PM: Transition to the preparation of the main course featuring fresh pasta.
1:00 PM: Conclude with the dessert preparation.
