Ravioli, fettuccine or pappardelle, potato or pumpkin gnocchi, meat sauce, light sauce for ravioli, and a vegetarian one always in season... Like all our fresh and “SLOW FOOD” products, your pasta will be made with your own hands and with the helpful instructions of our Chefs who will guide you step by step. Of course, there will also be a dessert to finish all the tasting in the mid-700 room, accompanied by matching wine.
To end on a high note and indulge your friends and family at home, you will be given the recipes on your way out.
