Nonna Ciana’s team, with the newest addition of the incredible Chef Alberto, will guide our guests on a voyage of discovery of traditional Italian cooking.
In this dinner version of our cooking class, we prepare the most typical of the local dishes: homemade pasta with sauces of organic seasonal vegetables from our kitchen garden, melt-in-the-mouth homemade gnocchi, bruschetta, second courses like Vin Santo chicken or eggplant parmigiana, and delicious desserts. All accompanied by our own Chianti Colli Senesi wine.
The courses are organized for small groups (2 to 14 participants). You will use our own produce, wine, honey, saffron, extra virgin olive oil, our fresh garden vegetables, and also local produce from neighboring farms.
The menu is very seasonal and varies from day to day depending on the best ingredients available.
We make a complete Italian meal with antipasto, a "primo" or first course with fresh, homemade pasta, gnocchi, etc., served with a sauce of fresh garden vegetables, a second course, and a delicious dessert.
It is also possible to request our special truffle menu, where we include dishes with fresh, seasonal truffles. It is also possible to participate in a truffle hunt and forage for the truffles before the class.
