Schedule

  • Activity Details: For this experience, we've got everything set up, from the soup and ramen sauce to the fragrant oil and chashu. First things first, we'll craft semi-soft boiled eggs. Then, we'll dive into prepping ramen toppings, followed by slicing and combining the ingredients for our gyoza, which we'll then deftly fold. After that, we'll infuse the chashu with its delightful flavors and sizzle up the gyoza to perfection.
  • The grand finale includes crafting the soup, boiling the noodles, and the oh-so-cool noodle draining technique that never fails to impress. Finally, we'll artfully assemble the toppings onto the ramen. Trust me, learning the ins and outs of ramen creation will undoubtedly deepen your love for this dish.

The class is 2 hours durations.

"Fantastically delicious experience."
This was one of the best activities we did on our Japan trip. Our hosts were so nice and the chef very knowledgeable on ramen making. Their capacity of English was also helpful because none of us spoke Japanese. I kid you not, it was the best bowl of ramen broth we’ve ever eaten… and the gyoza we made was also delicious. They even sent us the recipes to recreate at home. It was a very small, intimate group of people so all our questions were answered. We got to know them and became quick friends. I highly recommend and would take the class again if I ever came back to Tokyo.
"Very nice!"
It was fun, informative and very educational. We learned a lot about Japanese cuisine, most of all, how to make ramen and gyoza dumplings. The host of the class was very nice. It was great experience!
"Wonderful experience with such nice hosts"
I recently had the pleasure of attending a noodle-making class led by Chef Yoshi and his wife Amo, along with my 14-year-old son. Both Yoshi and Amo were wonderful hosts, providing an exceptional experience from start to finish. They shared all the secrets behind preparing delicious noodles and gyozas, making the class both educational and enjoyable. Their warmth and expertise made it a truly memorable experience. The class was engaging for all ages, including my teenage son. I highly recommend this class to anyone interested in learning authentic noodle and gyoza preparation, regardless of age.
"Great Experience"
Yoshi and Amo were lovely hosts, and it was great to learn about the ramen making process. The ramen and dumplings were delicious.
"Amazing!"
Yoshi and Amo are generous hosts. The whole experience was great. Easy to communicate with as we were running late due to a train issue. Amo met us at the station with umbrellas and walked us back to their place. Great demonstration and explanations from Yoshi. Very hands on experience. Left feeling very full! Must do experience. Can't wait to try the recipes at home. Suzie and Michelle (from Australia)
