Farm-to-Table Cooking Class on an Organic Farm

Come to our organic farm to experience our unique cooking class for small groups. 

Before starting the cooking class, we'll visit and learn about the health benefits of the vegetables and plants on the farm. We'll also harvest the ingredients we'll need for our cooking class. 

In this half-day cooking experience, we will make four dishes together: one appetizer, two main courses, and one dessert.

Let's cook together so that we can discover and gain knowledge about the ingredients used in Vietnamese cuisine. You'll also receive a cooking certificate with all the receipes we used. 

Menu

• Crispy prawn/vegetables spring rolls
• Noodle salads with BBQ pork/beef/fish/mushroom
• Caramelize chicken/vegetables or Curry chicken/vegetables
• Banana spring rolls with coconut cream

Schedule

7:30 am: Pick up at your hotel.

8:45 am: Visit HCM Agricultural Villages where you'll see:

• Rice Fields.
• Cow & Buffalo areas.
• Big Herbs, Spices, Vegetables, and Mushrooms areas.
• Fish area.

10:00 am: Cooking class begins with:

• Hands-on cooking class with 3 dishes and 1 dessert.
• Learn useful Healthy Cooking Tips.

12:30 pm: Enjoy your meal and receive your Congratulations certificate and recipes. We can collect your email and so you can receive nice healthy recipes monthly.

5:00 pm: Drop off at your hotel
